Our Children's Classes

This class is for ages 6-9. Parents have the option of attending the class with their children. Children will benefit in the ways traditionally associated with martial arts practice, such as improved focus, self-discipline, respect, and courage in a safe and fun environment. Children will receive lots of personal attention and will be challenged according to their level of cognitive and physical abilities. 

This class is for ages 8-12. The class develops confidence, coordination and concentration through martial arts training. Children thrive in the structured environment and learn skills necessary to navigate their world with kindness, discipline, and respect toward others and themselves.
